Admissions process

Enrollment opens September 1, with a December 1 priority application deadline for Grades 9–12. First-round offers begin in mid-January, followed by rolling admissions. · Submit an online application or a printable application by email, mail, or in person. · Provide the most recent report card or transcript, academic records from the previous two years, and identification such as a passport or birth certificate. Admissions information also lists a current progress report and completed teacher assessment form. · International applicants under 18 must provide a notarized Parent and Custodian Form for Canada; additional documents may be requested. · Complete a tailored math and literacy assessment requiring no preparation. Other admissions guidance states an academic assessment may be requested to determine readiness and course placement. · Selected applicants are invited to a family and student interview, in person or online. · Admission is based on a holistic review of academic records, application materials, and interview. · Accepted students pay tuition and submit all required documents before the Official Letter of Acceptance and payment receipt are issued. · International students use the acceptance documents to apply for a Canadian Study Permit and arrange one full year of health insurance beginning on the first day of the semester. · The Early Notification Program gives priority placement to siblings of currently enrolled students and children of faculty and staff.
