Admissions process

Applications are accepted throughout the year from preschool through Grade 8; families are encouraged to begin in the fall before the intended admission year. · Contact School Registrar Alexandra Rogerson at 905-813-8000 to arrange an appointment. · JK and SK applicants attend an informal interview with the School Administrator; the child and both parents, if possible, are asked to attend. · Grades 1–8 applicants complete an entrance assessment covering age-based academic ability, core values and areas of concentration. The non-refundable assessment fee is $50, plus $25 for each additional family member, payable on assessment day. · After the academic assessment, the School Director or Administrator meets with parents to discuss learning needs and placement. · Accepted grade-school applicants receive an offer by phone and by email or mail; Kindergarten offers are made by phone. · To reserve placement, submit the child's birth certificate, immunization record, previous year's final report, admission package documents, OSR request form, a $250 non-refundable registration deposit, post-dated tuition cheques and applicable before/after-school program cheques.
